The convention added a new guest. Can I exchange my photo op for the new guest online?

For your security we do not have access to your payment information so we cannot exchange photo ops between different guests. We would have to refund the one guest and you would need to purchase the new guest. Please keep in mind our refund deadlines which is usually 11:59pm on the Sunday before the convention! We do not offer refunds after that time.

Alternately you can always exchange at the convention as long as the session is not sold out.
