How do I request a refund for a ticket I purchased online?

Our refund deadlines and restrictions are placed prominently at the top of our Info page for each convention in our online store. Fees are non-refundable. If you are within our refund deadline, all you need do is either fill out a support ticket, or email us ( the following information:

  • Convention the refund is for
  • Your order number
  • The name you purchased with
  • The email you purchased with
  • The name of the product you need/want refunded.

Please allow up to 48 hours not counting weekends for an answer. We process the refund minus fees immediately on receipt of your email back to your original form of payment, but please be aware that it may take your credit card company up to 14 days to process and have it post on your account.
