How do I request a refund for a ticket I purchased online?

As long as you are within our refund deadline, all you need do is either fill out a support ticket or email us the following information:

  • Convention the refund is for
  • Your order number
  • The name you purchased with
  • The email you purchased with
  • The guest or guests you need/want refunded.

Please allow up to 48 hours not counting weekends for an answer. We process the refund immediately on receipt of your email back to your original form of payment, but please be aware that it may take your credit card company up to 14 days to process and have it reflect on your statement.
