Always arrive 15 minutes before the start of your photo op and check the schedule often. If you are late arriving and the talent has already departed, you will have forfeited your photo op and will not receive a refund. Talent always leave once the last person in line has had their photo taken and this can sometimes be 2 minutes after the start of the photo op.
If you miss your photo op, you will also not receive a refund. At the most we can try fitting you into the next available session as long as it is not sold out.
