I bought an autograph from you, now what?

For those conventions for which we are pre-selling autograph tickets, we have tried to streamline your autograph purchase so that it takes the least amount of your time, allowing you more time to enjoy the convention.

The process goes something like this for those autograph tickets without specific times:

  1. Purchase the autograph ticket (either online or at the convention).
  2. Arrive in the autograph area on the day you have selected for your talent autograph.
  3. Check their autograph schedule.
  4. Choose a time that is convenient to you and return at that time.
  5. A helpful volunteer will place you in the proper line and answer any questions you may have.
  6. Before your autograph, your ticket will be scanned.
  7. Choose from the available talent photos or an item you have brought (if allowed!) for the autograph.
  8. A friendly usher will direct you to and from the guest, please follow their directions

The process for those autographs with specific times is similar:

  1. Purchase the autograph ticket (either online or at the convention).
  2. Arrive in the autograph area on the day AND time you have selected for your talent autograph.
  3. A helpful volunteer will place you in the proper line and answer any questions you may have.
  4. Before your autograph, your ticket will be scanned.
  5. Choose from the available talent photos or an item you have brought (if allowed!) for the autograph.
  6. A friendly usher will direct you to and from the guest, please follow their directions

Please be aware not all talent that have autographs will sell the tickets through us. You may still have to purchase for cash at the talent's table. Also not all talent will sign items that are brought by you. Some choose to only sign photos.
