Our refund deadlines and restrictions are placed prominently at the top of our Info page for each event in our online store. If you are within our refund deadline, all you need do is fill out a support ticket at https://ask.epo.io with the following information:
- Your order number
- The name you purchased with
- The email you purchased with
- The item you want to be refunded.
After the refund deadline, all purchases become non-refundable.
